As part of our ongoing plan to provide you with the best possible health services, Centennial Medial Care is pleased to present Vitality Health events.

These events will run monthly and are completely free to attend; although due to the popularity of these events we do recommend booking your space in advance.

Pranita Salunke, Occupational Therapist and the vision behind Vitality Health, runs these events to help you with issues such as:

• Fatigue
• Excess Weight
• Lack of Confidence

During the event, you will be able to explore three effective and proven strategies to achieve the results you dreamed and desired.
