Dr Carolyn Porter

Dr Carolyn Porter has been an NHS GP for over 10 years. She has special interests in child health, especially babies and development, as well as holistic general medicine.

She graduated from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, in 2002. She worked 2 years as a hospital doctor, and then moved with her husband to London. She spent time as a clinical fellow in Accident and Emergency and then paediatrics, before completing her General Practice training at University College London.

She has a Diploma in Child Health and Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Her empathic, kind nature combined with her broad medical knowledge has been praised by her colleagues and patients.

Dr Porter is passionate about teaching, has trained various health professionals, is a GP Tutor and an examiner of UCL medical students.
