Dr Jacob Ellis

Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

Dr Jacob Ellis is a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist currently practicing in both the NHS and the independent sector. He trained at Newcastle University and the Great Ormond Street Hospital and Royal London Hospital Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Specialty Training Scheme.

Dr Ellis has experience working with children and young people with a wide range of challenges, including difficulties related to ADHD, Autism, mood, anxiety and functional symptoms. He provides detailed, narrative child-centred assessments, considering the impact of symptoms on day-to-day function and developing practical management plans for families.

His practice at CMC offers medical treatment for mood, anxiety, functional and ADHD symptoms on the background of neurodiversity.
