Since qualifying in 2019, Michelle has worked with adults and teenage clients internationally. She is passionate about building a partnership with her clients and guiding them on their individual journeys.
The scope covered in Michelle’s life coaching sessions are guided by her clients. From personal development, self-esteem issues, juggling work/life balance, coping with grief, struggling to make big life decisions or if you’re just keen to improve your overall wellbeing, then Michelle is here to help coach you through life’s obstacles so that you can take big and positive strides forward.

What is the difference between Life Coaching and Psychotherapy/Counselling?
