Ruth Ainley

Respiratory Physiotherapist

Ruth Ainley is a caring and compassionate physiotherapist who has specialised in respiratory physiotherapy for 25 years.  Initially this was in the NHS at St Mary's Hospital and Guys & ST Thomas' Hospitals in London.

Ruth has run her own busy practice in Harley Street for the last 15 years, before moving to Centennial, Elstree.

She has clinical expertise in managing chronic lung conditions, chest infections, breathlessness, hyperventilation, and covid related illness: she was on the inaugural executive board of Long Covid Physio.

In her spare time, Ruth is an event first aider for rugby from her local club to Twickenham!
